Agenda:

1. Accept nominations for DA-Victoria offices. Offices include Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Historically these offices have not required much work but for an idea of what is possible visit www.democratsabroad.org or take a look at one of the newsletters put out by one of the chapters (some great information on the global primary here!!

Nominations will also be accepted on-line or by phone: pefa@wildmail.com 03 9387 7095 (not all members of the exec need to live in Melbourne, so we’d welcome some remote help)

Elections will be held at a meeting during the global primary at 7:00 on February 7th at the Queensbury Hotel

2. Form a committee to help organize the global primary. Essentially we just need help getting the word out (press release, flyers, e-mails to American groups), people to staff the voting center from 11:00am to 10:00pm, and to make sure we get ballots to everyone who wants one etc.
